I attend Pilates class once a week with Sophie – it’s a great class which varies each week – I stretch muscles I haven’t felt for a while which is great for mobility, balance and strength – Sophie is great at giving options so you can always choose the level you want to work at – when life is so crazy busy, it’s great to exercise in a calm and chilled way and the 10 mins relaxation at the end is the best 10 mins of my week!
